Project Type: Embracing Change/Conference Presentation

Assignment: The healthcare industry is facing unprecedented changes in the regulatory environment. Health Net has identified the need for executives and leaders to become comfortable managing the unexpected and creative in developing new solutions to meet evolving expectations in patient care. As a result, Health Net invited Juice to deliver the closing keynote to their Strength of Quality Conference to address the topic of handling change.

Approach: Juice customized an hour presentation for an audience of 400 executives from Health Net and their partner organizations. Through a combination of demonstrations and interactive exercises, the presentation introduced improvisational techniques that help leaders become more flexible and adaptable thinkers and more responsive to their environment when developing solutions.
